Kitchen tile and old stairs

Here's a shot of the drywall being mudded and sanded. There were many many precision cuts to do and we handled it really well. That is, we didn't have to use a ton of mud.

And the walls are primed and the tile starts going down.

Putting some grout down.

The yard is of course an always in progress thing. Here are some stairs that I uncovered (unearthed). Beautiful!
